Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 88php does not accept deposits from third parties. Attempting to use another person's payment method is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

All transactions are final once confirmed. If you believe an error has occurred, contact support through the member area as soon as possible. 88php reserves the right to void transactions found to be the result of technical errors or system malfunctions.
5. Limitation of Liability
The 88php platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. The platform may be subject to planned maintenance, technical issues, or disruptions beyond our control.

6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
88php reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraud or collusion, or attempting to exploit system errors or technical vulnerabilities.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support through the member area. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
All content on the 88php platform — including but not limited to graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 88php or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
This platform may reference or link to third-party services or information. 88php does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content or services. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
